Ingredients:
4 fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
1 tablespoon No Calorie Sweetener
2 tablespoons Water
Preparation:
Put 6 to 8 mint leaves, powdered sugar, and crushed ice in a Collins glass. Using the handle end of a wooden spoon mash the leaves to extract the flavour. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add ZIM’s 59 Vodka. Top it off with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.
