Cocktails

Ingredients:
3 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
Optional garnish

Preparation:
Take 3 ounces of ZIM’s 59 Vodka and pour it into a shaker, add ice, shake, do not stir, and strain into your favorite martini glass. We prefer a stainless steel martini chalice.

Optional garnish:
One large green olive with your favorite stuffing.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1-1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1-1/2 cups Ice Cubes
Orange Slice

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Makes two generous drinks. Pour into parfait glasses and add orange slice garnish.

Ingredients:
2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
3 oz. Ginger Beer (or Canada Dry Ginger Ale)
1 squirt of fresh Lime Juice (or to taste)
Lime Wheel

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice – use the traditional STAINLESS STEEL MUGS exclusively provide by ZIMS Vodka! Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Homemade Sour Mix*
Cola to fill (your favourite)

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a tall cocktail glass over ice. Fill to top with cola. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
4 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients:
4 fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
1 tablespoon No Calorie Sweetener
2 tablespoons Water

Preparation:
Put 6 to 8 mint leaves, powdered sugar, and crushed ice in a Collins glass.  Using the handle end of a wooden spoon mash the leaves to extract the flavour. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add ZIM’s 59 Vodka. Top it off with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
White Sugar
1 long strip of Lemon Peel
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix*
1 cup Crushed Ice

Preparation:
Moisten the edges of a martini glass with a little lime juice, and then dip moistened edges into sugar. Place lemon peel strip in glass. Combine ZIM’s 81 Vodka, lime juice, sweet & sour mix, and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
5 oz. Diet Cola (your favorite)
Lemon or Lime Wedge garnish

Preparation:
Add ZIM’s 59 Vodka, then your favorite diet cola and stir. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.

Your classic cola just grew up.

Ingredients:
6 cups (48 oz.) Tomato Juice
6 oz. Clam Juice
1-1/2 tablespoons Celery Salt
1-1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
8 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 teaspoons Frank’s Red Hot Pepper Sauce
Juice of 1 Lime

Preparation:
In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice. Stir to mix until well blended. (Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.)  Add 2 oz. of ZIM’s 59 Vodka to a tall glass with ice cubes, pour on the mix. Skewer a half wheel of lime, a 1/2 inch cube of Maytag Blue Cheese, a large green olive and stick the skewer into a dripping wet dill pickle – hang on the rim of the glass to garnish. For the Bloody American version, simply eliminate the clam juice.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation:
Pour the ZIM’s 59 Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. Garnish with a lime wheel.
