ZIM’S 59 Bloody Canadian

Ingredients:
6 cups (48 oz.) Tomato Juice
6 oz. Clam Juice
1-1/2 tablespoons Celery Salt
1-1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
8 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 teaspoons Frank’s Red Hot Pepper Sauce
Juice of 1 Lime

Preparation:
In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice. Stir to mix until well blended. (Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.)  Add 2 oz. of ZIM’s 59 Vodka to a tall glass with ice cubes, pour on the mix. Skewer a half wheel of lime, a 1/2 inch cube of Maytag Blue Cheese, a large green olive and stick the skewer into a dripping wet dill pickle – hang on the rim of the glass to garnish. For the Bloody American version, simply eliminate the clam juice.

ZIM’S 59 Rebel Cosmo

Ingredients:
2 oz. ZIM’s 59 Vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation:
Pour the ZIM’s 59 Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Sexy, big-city favorite!

T.O.’s Polish Rebel 81

Ingredients:
3-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Wedge

Preparation:
The ZIM’s Executive Pour (3-1/2 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka) into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Splash with freshly squeezed pineapple juice, garnish with a pineapple wedge.

ZIM’S 81 Classic Chairman of the Board

Ingredients:
3 oz. ZIM’s 81 Vodka
1 oz. Olive Brine
Large Green Olive
Maytag Blue Cheese

Preparation:
Take 3 oz. of ZIM’s 81 Vodka and pour into a shaker, add ice, shake, splash with fresh olive juice brine, shake, do not stir and strain into your favorite martini glass. We prefer a stainless steel martini chalice. Skewer a 1/2 inch cube of Maytag Blue Cheese with one large green olive to garnish.
